As a Professional Massage Therapist I am trained in a range of safe and effective soft tissue and advanced massage techniques which aim to treat a range of musculoskeletal issues, reduce pain, increase range of motion and alleviate stress.
The techniques I use include fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self-care. My method is a fusion which will always incorporate plenty of broad relaxing strokes with deeper more detailed work.
I use a warm and heart-centred approach that takes full account of all your physical and emotional needs, I will listen and am committed to helping you get the results you need.
My aim is to continually improve my practice through study; my areas of interest include gut health and nutrition, anatomy and dermatology, yoga, meditation and natural health.
